Questions About What’s Coming Soon
I am dying to know when [fill in any title here] will be available in print/on kindle? It’s not listed on your Coming Soon page. Please tell me when!

I don’t know when. Honestly. If it’s not listed, I don’t know. I promise, as soon as I hear the news, I will email my web team and they will post it. I promise. There is no need to email me to ask — if it isn’t on the site, I don’t know.

Always check the Coming Soon page for the most up to date info about my upcoming books.

Questions About Colters’ Legacy

What is the chronological order of the Colters’ Legacy series books?
Colters’ Legacy in chronological order:

Continue reading to find out more about my Colters’ Legacy series, including your individual questions regarding each of the books!

Are you ever doing more book about the Colter family?
Colters' WomanYes! First of all Colters’ Woman has been re-issued with a gorgeous new cover. It’s been revised, re-edited and expanded with a new ending and also a new short story sequel in the back of the book called Callie’s Meadow. Please note that in the first print run of the printed version of the re-issue of Colters’ Woman, the incorrect title is on the title page for the short story in the back. It incorrectly states Colters’ Wife as the title, and Colters’ Wife is a completely different story available for free download at My Bookstore and More.

Secondly, Colters’ Lady, book two in the Colters’ Legacy series, was released in electronic format on June 1 of 2010. Colters’ Daughter, the third book in the series, released in February 2011.

Colters' WifeWhere does Colters’ Wife fall in the series?
Colters’ Wife was written shortly after Colters’ Woman was published and picked up just a few months after Colters’ Woman ended. It has always been a free story, a thank you to readers who bought and read Colters’ Woman, and was intended only as a visit back for the birth of their first child. Chronologically, Colters’ Woman obviously occurs first in the timeline, followed by Colters’ Wife and then Callie’s Meadow (which is only available in the reissue of Colters’ Woman) and then of course the next sequels Colters’ Lady and Colters’ Daughter.

Is Callie’s Meadow available separately from the re-issue of Colters’ Woman?
No. When my publisher decided to reissue Colters’ Woman with a new cover to match the upcoming sequels, Colters’ Lady and Colters’ Daughter, I didn’t want readers to THINK they were getting something new and different when in fact it would be the same exact story just packaged differently. So I re-edited and expanded the original version and also added a never before published epilogue that I titled Callie’s Meadow. It’s only available in the reissue of Colters’ Woman.

Colters' LadyIf I don’t read the re-issue of Colters’ Woman, will I be lost when I pick up Colters’ Lady?
Absolutely not! I did nothing to drastically change the original story. The idea was to give the reader “more” but not to make it a completely different story. Readers will have no problem with understanding Colters’ Lady if they’ve only read the original version of Colters’ Woman.

Is Colters’ Lady about Holly, Adam, Ethan and Ryan?
No. Colters’ Lady is about the sons of Holly, Adam, Ethan and Ryan, although you will most certainly see more of the original Colters in Colters’ Lady!

When will the print version of Colters’ Lady be available?
Colters’ Lady is now available and released in May 2011.

Where can I find Colters’ Daughter? I haven’t been able to find any information on it yet. When does it release?
Colters’ Daughter is now available and released in February 2011. Read the excerpt and order your copy today!

Colters’ Promise? Wait — I thought you were doing a Christmas novella?
Colters’ Promise was previously titled “A Colter Christmas.” Although the title has changed, it’s the same great story. I wanted to release this book in June so you wouldn’t have to wait until the end of 2012 for this Christmas novella!

Questions About the KGI/Kelly Series

What is the chronological order of the KGI/Kelly series books?
The KGI series in chronological order:

Is Donovan’s story after Garrett’s? (Hidden Away)
No. Though I have ever intention of writing a story for Donovan, it won’t be “right now.”

Will you be writing stories for all of the Kelly brothers?
Yes, eventually, though not in sequential order.

Will you be writing stories about the other team members? Rio, Steele, P.J. Cole, etc…
Yes. Not sure what order or how soon. I can say that Rio will be the first team member with a story.

Will Rusty have a story and will she end up with one of the twins?
She definitely will not end up with one of the Kellys. This is truly her adoptive family and the Kelly brothers are HER brothers. It would just be…weird to pair her with one of her “brothers.” As for whether she gets a story, as I’ve told many readers, first I have to raise her and get her off to college before I can even consider whether I’ll write a story for her. It definitely won’t be “soon.” She has a lot of growing to do!

About Other Books
Are you doing more Falcon Mercenary Group books (Into the Mist, Into the Lair) and when does D’s book come out?
I’d love to do more Falcon books! It’s a matter of fitting them into a very busy schedule, and I also have to decide who I want to write about next. I’m thinking Mad Dog, but that could totally change :)

At this time, D’s book hasn’t been scheduled as I’m still unsure about the order of the remaining books.

Will you ever do stories for Pretty Boy Mike Sanders and A.J. Spinelli from Seducing Simon?
Not soon. My schedule is quite filled up. However, to please the readers who love those characters so much, you’ll get glimpses of them in my upcoming anthology, Four Play. The story is set in the same town, the same fire station as Simon, Mike and A.J. so you’ll see them around in the story even though they aren’t the heroes.

About ebook Timing

Will your ebooks be released in print and if so when?
All of my ebooks through Samhain Publishing to date have been published in print or will be made available in print by this summer. The schedule for a print release is usually ten months after the release of the ebook except in special circumstances. For instance, Colters’ Lady won’t release in print until 2012, after it’s June 1 ebook release.

Details will be posted on the Coming Soon page and also on the individual book pages for both ebooks and prints just as soon as they are made available to me.

Why aren’t the electronic versions available for ALL your titles?
One of the mysteries of the universe and unfortunately something an author has absolutely no control over. Each vendor has its own quirks and methods of doing things and invariably it’s impossible to actually get a book into all vendors on release date with no hiccups. It’s a nice dream though…
